I want my first firearm to be a C1 Carbine, for most i need the RPAL. Can I still by the restricted versions of it? and can i still do the CFSC to get my RPAL/PAL?

I assume you mean M1 Carbine and yes, you can still buy restricted rifles right now.

You would need to complete both the CFSC for the PAL and the CRFSC for the Restricted firearm endorsement.

Thank you! the CRFSC includes the PAL for non restricted? also on gunpost how do the buyings work? do the send the RPAL/PAL to the government to get checked out?

They are 2 separate courses both covering different topics, you must have passed your CFSC course before you can take the CRFSC course. Typically gun stores/ranges offer a combined course weekend that does 1 course on Saturday and the other on Sunday.

I would advise you to first take the course and ask your questions there, to get a base understanding of gun laws.

The only way you'll get that is to join the police, then you won't need a silly license.
