This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

Been checking pretty regularly. Stuck on a message (for about a month) saying if I don’t receive it in two weeks to call, so I did and they said they haven’t even printed it.

Yup, and if you read this thread you will learn that they were behind because of a broken printer and they changed the design of the cards to get further behind.

Also that they don't update their webpage or messages to give accurate delays, that would be admitting defeat.

If they were actually spending the money from our applications on the CFP they would've been able to fix it in like a day, but instead our money goes towards writing legislation for more gun bans lol

Both, to be honest.

If the printer they needed to fix was their money printer, you'd see how quick it'd have been done though.
