Applied online for first time PAL on December 17, 2022.

Application processed and license issued February 7, 2023

I was never able to log in to individual web services so I was calling in about every two weeks. I called the ON CFO about two weeks ago (and waited on hold for almost 2 hours) and she said she put some kind of a note on my file. Not sure if that made a difference at all.

I had also emailed the ON CFO some time before that but they never replied until I got an email today saying it was approved.

Now to wait for my card to get printed and mailed.

That you will need to clear up, you will need to login occasionally for transactions and renewals. They may have mis-keyed your email address or birthplace.

I am able to log in now as a license holder. I just couldn't as an applicant for some reason.

Did you applied for PAL non restricted or restricted. ? I applied RPAL on 17 Dec 2022 and still waiting for an update. :)
