Hi anyone know how will they contact you if the payment can’t go through? Like phone or email or mail? Thanks!

If they don't charge your credit card within 30 days I would suggest you call.

If you had to change the card number call your credit card provider to expect and allow a charge from the RCMP or receiver general of Canada

I tried to call them for many times, never went through..:I’ll try calling the credit card provider tho, thanks!

Thanks good to know…..I mailed my application last July, still didn’t hear anything from them, got me concern

Better contact them, almost a full year is pretty long. Unless you're in Ontario lol

Damn I’m in Ontario 😂….tried to call them literally for over a hundred times….none of the calls went through….once I was been put on hold for 50 mins then they hung up

Email them instead, they usually respond quicker there
