Ranges in Ontario

Does anyone know of any ranges in Ontario that

A) do not require you to be a member or be accompanied by a member or

B) are accepting membership applications without a 2000 person waiting list?

A) I doubt that would be likely unless it's a commercial range, the type that has employees and rentals

Easthill off the 401 and Gagnon's in Oshawa don't have a waiting list.
