Been looking at a message on the online application status saying if my license has not arrived in two weeks to call them. Its been over two weeks so I called them, the agent said it still has to be printed which could take 10-15 days and then arrive in the mail 8-10 weeks after that.

Is this normal?

Kind of seems rather stupid to say to call in 2 weeks if it hasn’t arrived, rather than simply saying 10-12 weeks.

That's how it was like before, things have changed drastically the last few months.

Alright, thanks for the info. Called to get clarification and got even more confused.
