My buddy and I took our cfsc classes at the same time. He submitted his application 2 months after I did because he got confused. He received his card in the mail yesterday and I'm still waiting. Should I be expecting the card soon or is it just random at this point? We did our last class Sept 20th btw

My Dad and I did our courses at the same time; he mailed his application out before I did. I got my license in time to panic buy handguns before the transfer ban. He's still waiting for his license to come in.

He called and they said it's still being processed or whatever. So who knows. It may be random. It may be that they're so busy some are getting put aside to be rechecked for simple things that would normally be circled back to quickly, but are being left on the backburner for much longer than usual.

Wow that's bullshit. My license has been "issued" since dec 13th. How often does he call? Start annoying the shit out of them

Oh you didn't mention yours was issued already. That's a far cry better than this case. If you're only waiting on the card arrival I can't imagine it would take too long. Certainly worth calling to ensure it didn't get lost in the mail.

Not calling often enough I'd say. But now that he's missed the transfer ban I don't think the rush is as immediate as it once was.
