Does a credit card charge means my RPAL is processing and my info is OK? They charged my 2 month ago and the online status check still say they can’t find my info

Happened to me and turns out that when filling the personal info in the website I didn’t put exactly the same birth place that I put in application form. Every single character need to match, even the special characters. Or just call cfp they will look up

I just called them, apparently for place of birth I have to write Singapore, Singapore…I only did once and they couldnt record my city of birth lmao
