Is email or just calling better for getting an answer regarding renewal PAL card. Got done said it was complete early December but still haven’t received it. Sent email and also called but still no result. Had to give up every single time when calling.

I tried calling a few times in the morning and was on hold for 15 minutes. Gave up at that point. Called in the afternoon (around 2pm EST) and got connected to an agent in less than 30 seconds. Maybe try a different time?
