Who do I call and what info do they need to get my license number? I've been waiting for my card for just over 5 weeks and I'm getting tired of it. Thank you in advance

Call 1-800-731-4000, and you will need your name, email, place of birth, and DOB. I believe that's all. I'm waiting for mine to be printed/shipped and they gave me my number.

I recommend using the cfo extension and talking to them. Called the firearms program 2 weeks ago, and they were very vague. They told me they had machine issues and that they thought it was mailed out. Called the Alberta CFO extension yesterday, and they informed me that it was mailed out on febuary 19th....

So I should call my provinces cfo?

I would. Just from my experience, it was a lot clearer as to where my card is. And using The CFO extension was the only way my call wouldn't be dropped for some reason.

Ok hopefully I can get through. I'm in Ontario and I hear it's an hour on hold sometimes
