Who do I call and what info do they need to get my license number? I've been waiting for my card for just over 5 weeks and I'm getting tired of it. Thank you in advance

Funny part in all, I got approved in November 25th, November - December, the printer was broken. CFP told me on the December 27th that it was mailed out on December 21. I called them last week and they told me it might’ve been lost in the mail and they will reissue a new PAL.
