What the other guy said, but also keep in mind that it's not like they have the time, manpower, or inclination to actually go around randomly inspecting people. They don't do it.

As I believe either Runkle or Rod has said before, they will provide you with advanced warning for a search based on your RPAL conditions, if you decline their appointment, that's enough grounds for a warrant.
