Is it just my phone, or does entering an extension not work when calling the 1-800 CFP number?

edit: I tried with two different phones, and the robo machine tells me that they haven't received an input or whatnot, and hangs up after three tries. Nontheless, I've asked the general inquiry line and they said that it's a known issue, so I'll just try again in a couple days.

It works for me. You need to choose your language, then wait for the message about handguns to finish, then press one, then enter the extension.

It hangs up on me at the last option.

I had this problem earlier today but then I was able to reach out to them for the first time after 40 mins wait
