Nice, I hope you enjoy it.

I've had a great deal of fun with mine.

Thanks, seems great for a first time gun! No problems after 250 rounds except one time the trigger was loose instead of weighted for the shot... and then it was loose after it fired again and wouldn't shoot with a bullet in the chamber so I had to empty it. But was perfectly fine and not loose after!

Someone just posted that their charging handle broke off and I immediately searched if you were the same person. Thankfully your first firearm purchase didn’t end in a breakage!

Make sure you clean and disassemble your firearm before taking it out to the range.

Yikes! Almost 300 shots through without cleaning already, shouldn't be a big problem though? I'll look up a vid tomorrow thanks! My charging handle seems pretty sturdy!

Biggest thing if you let it go over 1000 rounds without cleaning that I’ve noticed is it will slam fire. Like a whole mag.

I just cleaned it last night but I couldn't get the firing pin out! Any suggestions, I saw a video some guy used a punch tool... but I dont have one...

So there is a single pin holding it in. I would suggest you take the ejectors out first. Push the pins from the bottom. Then push the pin for the firing pin out from the side. Brass punch is your friend. Was it spam firing on you?

Also don’t both taking it out until you’re at like 750-1000 rounds. Doing it every few hundred rounds if kinda silly.

Fair, yeah ill see if I can find a punch for it, I've only shot like 400 rounds maybe, so ill wait a bit linger thanks!

I keep debating the Archangel 5.56 stock for my 10/22 to give it a nice tactical look.

im desperately want a Midwest industry stock.

Don’t. 10/22 is much more reliable.

Did you buy that vortex at cabelas when it was on sale? Such a nice reddot.

3

u/Zeziml99 Jul 13 '23

Its the vortex spark 2, I didn't know anything about sights, the guy said it was good though lol. I paid 200 before tax at That Hunting Store in Richmond near Ottawa but yeah looking at cabelas its 299 right now damnn

Ours look identical. Have fun out there my friend! When you’re cleaning it just be careful about the charging handle spring shooting off on you.

I wanted one of these but opted for the gsg16 instead. Now have the Ruger 10/22 and the gag. Love both. Maybe ills add the tm22 to the mix Inday if a good sale comes around
