Benelli M4 Weird Material on Bolt Link

There is weird rust-liked material on the bolt link. It’s not removable, WD 40 won’t loosen it, neither the Hoppes copper remover.

Does it happen to anyone too ? What material it is …

This is typical of the solder Benelli uses for their M4's and I believe is copper-based. Every M4 has this and it is commonly mistaken for rust.
