Oh look at me I got handguns before the freeze. I’m just jealous. Nice collection!

Haha fair enough. Yea I regret not getting more, but I was a broke university kid through the 2010s and only had so much expendable income.

Hey better to have something than nothing. I wish I had gotten my act together and gotten my licence soon enough so I could have gotten handguns.

Handguns used to be such an inexpensive way to get into the hobby, it sucks we've lost the opportunity. Several of my friends who got their licenses later in life have little to no interest in shooting my pistols simply as they cannot get their own.

If I was your friend I would want to shoot it all the time! Your friends are silly

Some of them love shooting them, some have no interest, which I respect. If you ever find yourself in the Fraser Valley hmu,

I was a broke 14 year old. I stood absolutely no chance

Ah that sucks. I miss the days of the inexpensive 9mm handguns.

Top to bottom, Ruger Blackhawk in 357/38, Ruger Blackhawk in 357/38 and 9mm, Ruger New BearCat in 22LR, Sig Sauer P320 in 9mm, and Taurus TX-22 Competition in 22LR. Not the largest collection but it gets a lot of use, especially from my friends who never had the opportunity to purchase their own handguns.

I’m not jealous at all, in fact I am glad the govt made sure I will never ever have the pleasure of shooting pistol. Makes me feel warm inside.

Yea that's unfortunately the case for many people I know.

I feel you, man. I'm in the same boat. If ever you're in the States, pop in to a shooting range and have some fun, I went to one in Dayton when I was there last year, and I had a blast! It's surprisingly affordable, too!

Pistol is so much more fun than long rifle. It’s a different beast all together IMO. I have shot pistols over the years for work, which is what got me so interested in them. If I could, a dream for me would be a classic 1911. It’s the simple things you know

Thanks! I really enjoy them and lament not getting more when I had the opportunity.

Wow must be nice…. No really how much fun is it. I have been deprived of having a handgun because my amazing government thinks it too dangerous. Man I’m jealous 🥲

Its actually blanket, and unfortunately one that my wife has had for a long time. She can't recall where she got it from!

I’d do anything for a revolver to match my lever guns

Yea, having the 1873 Winchester, also in 357/38Spl is a great pairing. If you ever want to try them, I'm fairly certain you and I are both in Abbotsford.

That is extremely kind of you!
