When transporting restricted to the range, do you have to carry your registration with you?

I keep mine in my wallet with my RPAL, just keeps it easy.

Just tuck it behind the foam in the case instead.

Yes, transporting restricted anywhere requires registration to tag along. Also, good advice from my instructor is to NOT put the registration in the case. If you are asked to present registration, you don’t want to provide more information than you have to (such as showing them the gun and potentially getting in trouble if they don’t like your lock or case or whatever).
