I inherited a Lee Enfield jungle carbine from my grandfather, he bought it after he came back from Korea and gave it too me as I have my PAL/RPAL.

What I'm asking is if the rifle is legal as the magazine is a 10 round capacity.

As far as I know anything over a .22 (as of now at least) is capped at 5 rounds a magazine but I recall reading that bolt action/lever action or pump action firearms don't require magazine limits.

Any info would be appreciated.

Your rifle is bolt action, not semi-automatic. No magazine limit.

Well not true, there's an exception for the Lee Enfield which is by name limited to 10 rounds not unlimited

(ii) is a rifle of the type commonly known as the “Lee Enfield” rifle,

"not"

This portion talks about how a Lee Enfield magazine is not included

Imnsho it shows that the politicians thought the Lee Enfield was semi-automatic and included in the previous paragraph.

The OP has a Lee Enfield, his magazine capacity can not lawfully exceed 10 tounds for that firearm

And I see the Lee Enfield is specifically excluded from the law.
Can we agree to disagree? Unless you provide a reference.
