Gun and gear reviews Sulun Arms Gen 2 Spas Review

Ran some 1350 6 shot out of the spass-12 today, I think it needs some more break in for sure. But still ran pretty good. Semi auto felt a little weird with high brass considering I was running low just fine yesterday. But all in all it’s a spas, if you’ve owned an original you know they don’t always run the best, this is honestly the best bang for your buck if you’ve always wanted one. I’ll keep you guys updated if anything breaks or how it’s running in the future. In the mean time I’m gonna put some more shells through it and go skeet shooting with it (dumb idea but I don’t care lol)

This gun should've been 499. TI is pillaging lol.

I get that, but at the same time with how closely accurate the gun is, even the internals are similar just simplified, i totally see why they charge that. They undercut the market, bronco arms is gonna be 1500$ , being 1000$ this is a very great gun with break in

Have you ever heard of Norinco? I get the cool factor but this gun is absolutely fleecing Canadians.

The only things worth a frigg that Norinco made were their semi autos based off of military platforms (T97, T81, M305) literally everything else they make is trash, their .22 semi autos are jam factories, their manual action rimfire and center fires are bottom of lake quality and accuracy. Their 1897 only works if you have a fluke one other than that they are absolute pieces of garbage. So yeah the Norinco guns that cost over a grand are good, in the same way this Turkish gun that costs 1 grand is equal to or better than the original SPAS-12

The type 81s were light-years ahead of this shotgun though lol. This gun is likely double the price it should be.

The type 81's were also a civilian sporter version of a mass produced military designed arm with parts and tools being plentiful. If the type 81 was being produced as niche and by a smaller turkish manufacturer and not by china's main factory they would likley be alot higher in price than they were. Also if you think a grand is absurd you should see what a spas 12 goes for in the states lol
