Both are going to be a barreled action in an Accuracy International chassis Not sure about the top, but here are the specs on the bottom build:

AI AICS 2.0 Legacy (old-school) chassis

Ultimatum Precision Gen 2 Deadline action, with a JC Custom barrel in 6.5cm

Trigger tech two-stage special trigger

Spearhead machine brake

BT Atlas bipod w/ spigot mount for AICS chassis.

Optic of your choice
