Natalie's Nightmare. I wouldn't even mind some tax dollars going towards improving her mental health.
. As long as it wasn't in the form of furthering gun control. Also, if we gather enough nuts for the winter, maybe Gary will leave us alone too.

Beyond the memes, it's clear that she has genuine untreated PTSD. You can't leave these things get the best of you and become your whole personality.
It's like weed smokers that make it their entire personality, but just much more depressing. I'll gladly shit on her for the non sense she says, but I hope she gets help one day. PTSD is no joke.

Thank you for coming at this with a humane approach, femicide and violence towards women is a genuine issue in the world. As a veteran with PTSD from the military due to the constant sexual harassment and violence i faced its tough.
Surviving a mass shooting is awful. But time and time again has shown bans just don't work. Instead education and tackling the underlying issues of WHY mass shooting happens would make more sense.
Now for my tin foil hat stuff, I would not be surprised if she is not the "token" woman of the liberal party to push this de-arming of the working population in canada as material conditions deteriorate and the wealth gap increases.

But why would the wealthy want us fighting amongst ourselves instead of solving the issues of rising inequality and a lower standard of living for the average Canadian?
You’re crazy.

It's rough. Mental health is a son of a bitch.
So are politics - they tell us the crazed murderer was Marc Lepine and not Gamil Gharbi (his birth name) because from day 1 this was politicized.
Do we feel bad for the murderer who was abused by his father? Raised in a disgusting version of Islam that treats women as chattal?
I don't - I do feel bad for the victims - and without the ability to blame someone or something they've fixated on the objects that revolved around their trauma. I get it.
The government went along with it - not because they care - but because they were living in the shadow of Oka. That uprising led to the AR15 being restricted - the mini 14 that Gamil used was non restricted up until recently - that's all you need to know about the relationship between our government and Poly - formerly the coalition for gun control.
I mean outside of the fact that the Coalition received $250k in funding from the Liberal government in the 90's and turned around and made a $250k donation to the LPC (before limits were introduced) so it was all a scam from the get go.
Just an old man ranting at the clouds at this point, but it's sad what these women went through (and how they've been manipulated).

The funniest thing about her is she lives next to one of the most armed communities in the country.

Genuinely tho. Her and poly allow their trauma to blind themselves and in turn dictate policy for everyone else.

NR versions?

Makasi, Carmel both restricted. Backland NR.

Thanks, I figured as much with those tight looking barrels. Fake silencer sellers had better stock up before the NR versions start shipping.

I was thinking the same thing. I’ll be throwing a fake suppressor on my Makasi the day it comes in.

honestly I like the look of the Backland the most out of the three. too bad it is what it is... If it was available in 7.62x39 I'd probably guinea pig it for the community lol

We brought one in for testing. It actually ran surprisingly well. Corie at Crusader has also been super on the ball communication wise with me so im cautiously optimistic theyre going to turn things around here with this one. (Theyre also doing the vortex thing with their warranty now which is the first ive heard of in the firearms industry)

Wow if they accept all of the ones that they fuck up then they will be out of business in a week lmao
Jokes aside good on them for finally taking initiative and helping out the people that they have fucked over

I've got one, so do a few other guys who've posted. Its a fun gun, mags aren't great (lacks an anti tilt follower), and it is a bit overgassed from the factory, but i know the mags were a compromise to make it legal, and it could be converted to STANAG if you felt inclined to do a bit of dremel work quite easily.
Its like 80% AR, so almost everything except the BCG and buffer system can be swapped to aftermarket if you wanted. It also comes with a lifetime warranty which honestly is pretty sweet. I've exchanged a few emails with Crusader since buying it, and despite the horror stories I've heard, they've been super fast to reply and helpful with a few minor issues and questions. More accurate than I was expecting too, shoots around 2moa with bulk 62gr green tip 5.56
The AR compatible parts - Barrels Gas blocks, gas tube, and gas key Handguards Triggers Charging handle Bolt/firing pin/cam pin Dust cover Safety Mag release
Incompatible parts - bolt carrier, buffer tube/spring, mags and proprietary upper and lower design despite being similar
I would also love to see them offer a 7.62x39 model, or offer caliber conversion kits. Based on a few design choices they took with the rifle and receiver, I do think there may be caliber swap kits coming eventually or just other chamberings from the factory

Are those NR barrel length? I've committed to a Makasi and if that's the NR with the OEM barrel shroud, I'm a happy camper when it comes in. If it's the restricted length, I'm convinced I'll NEED a longer barrel shroud.

i really need to get a carmel, never in stock

u/Relevant_Diver_3228 1d ago
They haven't arrived yet and I think g4c wasn't taking pre orders and they were just selling stock after it arrived so they are an option

Just fyi I believe his Makasi and Carmel are the restricted versions, could be wrong but if I’m correct the standard versions would have different barrels.

I'm just curious if getting a restricted for the first time takes a while longer with CFO? I ordered the Restricted Carmel in May. It is in Canada awaiting CFO approval. Still haven't gotten rcmp email. It's being shipped to my home so no ATT needed. Or is it they just haven't gotten to my order yet? Assumed since others have received it I would have. I'm in Alberta. Thanks.

Damn that Carmel is not the best looking gun lol
