Buy recommendations Scope Reccomendations - FFP (MOA) 2x10-15 mag range $2000 total budget

Curious if anyone has any input on a scope im looking at. Going on a 308win. Primary use case is spot&stalk/still hunting rifle. Typical shots likely <150m aside from cuts where 200-250m is possible, but i'd like to keep the shots <300m.

So far thoughts are Bushnell R7 3x15-50, Trijicon 2-10x32, Meopta 3-15x. The Trijicon has more FOV which is nice for target acquisition, but less zoom and a smaller objective lens which hunting in a mix of thick mixed boreal forest or clear cuts its maybe not the best choice for the use case.

Open to any ideas/input. Cheers

Id get a Leupold VX4D, they come in a 3-12 for about 1600 and change. I find Leupold'a eye box to be the best for quick target acquisition, especially as someone who is left eye dominant but right handed.

Sounds good! We're out of stock on the 4s right now, but we will have them again sometime soon (i hope).

Hopefully by early August! I have a date with a bear later that month if things go well. I can move scopes around if need be in a pinch but it feels wrong to habe a bare pic rail...

You're western Canada eh?? 7mm shoots flat so i hear. A few guys i know run them and love them. Hard choice becuase your habitat our your way can be so varied.

Yup just west of edmonton. Its thick bush at my place, last two deer i shot have been sub 20 yards. But if i go hunt my buddies place east of edmonton its all open haha
