Here I have an sks-d that was given to me by my dad who had it for many years so of course I was gonna add some stuff to it

Pretty happy with how everything turned out for the gun, shoots nice at 200yards and beyond (400yds is the furthest I’ve been able to hit a target)

Doesn't look like an sks-d trigger group. The mag release isnt right

Could be something else, can’t really tell right now. All I know is it’ll take ak mags only

Does the serial number on the trigger guard match the serial number on the stock? I think you may have an SKS-d stock with a salvaged trigger group from a normal SKS.

Everything has matching serial numbers, all it says is “sks 7.62x39 made in china by xz” I also tried to use a duckbill mag with the archangel stock but it just wouldn’t fit right unfortunately.

There should be numbers marked on every part. The bottom of the trigger guard should match the charging handle should match the dust cover extra

The duck bill won't fit because the AK front tab mount hangs off the bottom of the front of the reciver. Also the back tabs on the AK mags sit higher than the duck bill ones as far as I understand stand. I'm about to tackle adapting mine to AK mags just waiting on parts
