According to my friend, farthest targets are at 1.5km up the hill. Farthest we shot was 1km with their 6.5cm and .308 🤙

That’s awesome the range we have locally is 200m at the furthest kinda sucks when you have a 300 win mag lol

Likewise, my local only has 200m and anything longer I'd use crown land. Having it all laid out made for a nice day.

That’s fair unfortunately in BC it’s hard to find an area I’d be comfortable shooting that long at least in the Kootenays it’s all mountains and forest lol

Vancouver island here and id love to get into long distance but I don't know of anywhere more than 1-200m

Yeah that’s pretty much the same as here, sometimes there’s cut blocks in forestry that provide longer distance on crown land but unfortunately where we live it’s usually in places I wouldn’t be wanting to do so in a safe manner

I’ve heard Salmo has a super nice range. never checked it out but sounds like they stretched it half descent.

Thanks I’ll have to check that out then, it’s not much further of a drive then the one I go to already maybe another 20 mins away
