Both? This isn't some 'the enemy is strong and to be feared, but weak and deserves punishment' doublethink.

TACO Trump is meant as an insult pointing out the lack of follow-through on many of his plans after they go sour immediately.

Meanwhile, Trump has caused billions of dollars in economic damage to the world, especially Canada. They have literally started wars and attacked other nations.
