Good Luck you won’t get that gun approved by the CFO. Even though you have the exemption letter. That’s not a pistol used in competitions.

The exemption letter comes from the SFC not a provincial body (BC or Ont) and requires proof of training, competition results, membership at a club etc. Nothing the OP posted rings true.
