Application / Regulation advice Seeking help/advice

I recently renewed my RPAL. (took forever to get back)

I thought nothing of it when I received my licence. This is the 5th time renewing. Stuck it in my wallet and carried on with life.

Yesterday when I went to use it to aquire ammo. I realized they removed the RPAL and only renewed my PAL. I own restricted firearms.

How do I go about fixing this problem the Cheif firearms office is no help as I can't even get through to a human being.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

What did the CFO say when you called their office?

I've waited on hold for up to 4 hours before hanging up. I can't even get through. I dont think any one works there any more.

I called them on Tuesday. The call lasted 2 minutes and 20 seconds. They answered all of my questions that quickly. I find this quite surprising.

Just called that number after waiting on hold for 2 mins I got disconnected and just had a beep beep beep
