Well firstly, yeah I personally don't like sarcasm, there's a reason it's considered the lowest form of wit.
But secondly, because of Poe's law, you absolutely need to mark your sarcasm while online, typically done with /s. We've all seen sincere comments before bitching about how the CCFR doesn't do anything or how the people fighting this are wasting their time, it's all a scam, etc.
So if your comment looks like one of those, if you don't explicitly mark it as sarcasm, then people will start to read it, the pattern recognition kicks in and they downvote it.

Well more Canadians need to experience more misery clearly. Then they’ll stop voting for boutique hollow issues and demand some level of accountability. But we’re not there yet

No im being serious. Carneys Davos speech showed me that he is the only one that can fix canada(it’s not broken though- maga talking point), and he is the one to stand up to trumplerputlermort and get us the best deals
