The bill makes important changes to Section 34 of the Criminal Code so that force is presumed to be justified if used against an illegal intruder. Conservatives first announced the ‘Stand on Guard’ principle back in August, asking the government to introduce legislation in the fall session.

My opinion and the fact that the CPC doesn't care about gun owners when it matters is not misinformation.

I never get this argument, there's zero fact behind it. You just state the party is bad and try to claim it as a fact. It's a borderline lie to be honest.

We're in a firearms sub. Simplified classification would fix the mess that is our current firearms program,it would change how guns are classified, ie; you dont vibe name GSG16 as a prohib. It's been a prong in the conservative platform for quite some time.
