With the Lightweight Command Launch Unit (CLU) costing $240,000 by itself, not including the cost of the missiles.

That’s more so a joke, because it’s not that those numbers actually matter;

Their rationale is that the launcher and (inert only) missiles were legal to own as they weren't prohibited to own previous to the OIC.

I knew of a few RPG's and rockets owned by individuals. They were non-restricted btw.
