Gun and gear reviews Its your fault

Post image

This is all your guys fault. I always browsed Intersurplus.com but never really bought anything until today. Seeing you guys buying up all the good deals I had no choice, bought this earlier, as a side note. So far intersurplus has been great to deal with. I haven't received the firearm yet but so far they are very organized and professional.

Just wait until you see the reliable European o/u shotguns for the same price (my main trap gun for the last 2 years was a Sabatti for 395$. Other than an initial forend fix, it’s never not gone bang)

That's my next purchase. I wanted a decent gun for deer season first and foremost. I have a Savage Axis but I hate it

What's wrong with the Axis? I've never had one and don't hunt but I'm curious why you hate it haha

The comment below is correct the Axis feels cheap, floating barrel (that's like most bolt actions rifles between $400-$700). The bolt action is rigid and feels cheaply made

I have a 220 currently and have owned another savage in the past. The trigger is awesome but man that bolt leaves a lot to be desired. I may be spoiled by owning a lot of tikkas and sakos though.

That's also a 220 bolt, the thing is massive and didn't scale too well, a newer 110 and newer axis gen 2 bolt is way nicer I will say
